Hardcore signal boosting here, people. This is an excellent #queerbook that has meaningful gay, bi, ace, and poly characters. There's found family, unexpected fame, angst, romance, growing up. Sparse prose is my everything; I love digging to figure out what's been left unsaid, and there's a ton of that in Starling. Snag it this weekend and get reading; the second book, Doves, will be re released on May 9.

pickDealing with fame when being famous was never something you wanted. A truly diverse cast of characters, both racially and with regards to sexual orientation and relationship dynamic. Love love love this series.
