Today, i “helped out” at the ACT Lit #LitCircle featuring Love Like Sky by Leslie Youngblood, facilitated by Proff Tokeya Graham, hosted at The Avenue. It was amazing to see these kids engaging so fully with the book. They asked great questions. And we got to talk about how when bad things happen, it can change your outlook on life and what kids can do to feel better when they get down. #RepresentationMatters, y‘all. #KidLit #ListenToKids
