This book is great for younger readers, and would be beneficial to them by doing a PR! The UDL strategy best fit would be 5.3, which involves building fluency with support (partner reader) for practice and performance. The EL strategy best fit would be 8. It is important to first model to the student how partner reading works and what fluent reading sounds like so they can make connections during this activity. 3y
