Like with any book some parts don‘t sit right, like the very awkward introduction of Adelaide, but I got very worried when - spoiler alert - Beast seemed to disappear after the spell to contain the raven demon was interrupted. A Jane Yellowrock book never disappoints, even if they are a tad long and a little rambling.
pickThis series is exactly what I've been looking for! The suspense, story line, plot twist, and characters are wonderfully created! Jane and beast are by far my favorite characters so far. I like that beast is her own character and not just an animal Jane can shift into. The plot twists are great because they aren't predictable like other books are! Highly recommended!!
My #LitsyPartyOfOne started a little late, but I stayed up till around 230a reading this. I ended at a "wait, what just happened" point, so i'm quite eager to get back to reading asap.
Evil Evangelina is bugging the daylights out of me!
