Meet Octicorn. Hes half octopus, half unicorn, half confused . . . which sometimes makes it hard to fit in. But maybe thats not such a bad thing. This utterly charming story is for anyone whos ever felt a little different.

Hello, my name is Octocorn is a hilariously cute F book written by Kevin Diller and Justin Lowe. The story is about an Octocorn with a unicorn for a dad and octopus as a mom, a perfect book for students who are mixed race. The art is simple and the whole story is so cute as he describes both the struggles and wonders of being mixed.

DrSpalding Octicorn seems like a unique book. Do you own it? If so, bring it to class!🐙 7y

Cute & funny. I especially loved when Octi talked about his parents. 😂

Good bedtime story!

I didn't know what to expect from this book (& hilarious postcard) that appeared in the mail, but I read it and LOVED it. This is a giggle helplessly kind of picture book.

Dmbulan I ABSOLUTELY loved this book. I giggled hysterically through it. The message is so important and simple. I teach middle school and will try to find a way to fit it into my class next year! 8y
