A 1918 living sculpture of service men who created a portrait of Woodrow Wilson. Just WOW!

A very thick book, but I learned SO much. Wilson was a fascinating man, although I found the authors insistence on downplaying Wilson's racist tendencies irritating. I also wished the author had explored his attitudes towards women more as there was lots of conflicting examples. With the current political situation, I found this book really helpful, particularly the transition between Wilson and Harding. 3/5 ⭐️, read if u like complex biographies
