Overall a good week. I‘ve walked 42.7 miles, spent lots of really good time gardening (my form of meditation!) listened to lots of podcasts & had success with reducing sweet snacking by focusing on what I can eat rather than fixating on what I can‘t eat.

Mitch @nelehelen it helped me. Last week I was feeling a bit defeated by sugar! This week I‘ve said one snack a day and I‘ve spent hours thinking and dreaming of what I want it to be! I‘ve really enjoyed it! 5y
