Conoce a Pablo Neruda (Bilingual): Get to Know Pablo Neruda (Bilingual Edition) | Georgina Lazaro, Georgina Lzaro Len
1 post | 1 read
Pablo Neruda was a senator, a consul, an ambassador, a scholar, and one of the most famous poets in the world. But even though he was a very important man, he never forgot his inner child. Neruda collected books and other objects as if they were toys; he used to paint a moustache on his face using burnt cork; he loved birds, and, one time, he even tamed a mongoose

Ivanita08 Awww!! I love Pablo Neruda. I read his books when I was in high school in the Dominican Republic. One of my favorites is 100 Love Sonnets. Great choice Krizia. 5y
Alexis-Thompson I love how this book is bilingual!! It‘s very rare that a classroom library has books in another language other than English. I feel like this encourages EL students as well. 5y
