2/5⭐ I did get some ideas from the first half of the book, & I appreciated the author's emphasis on personal development.

However, in this book you have to wade through a wide range of proofreading & logic errors. Honestly, reading Hekate's entry on Theoi.com & any other introduction to magickal practices & then putting the pieces together yourself will be more beneficial.

YES dividing up emotions/characteristics by gender never made sense to me in the first place. Just use the characteristic in question instead of unnecessarily masking it behind a broad and inaccurate bucket label.
