pickThis is my first Solanki read and it didn't disappoint. This is a collection of short stories centered around Muzaffarnagar. Reading Solanki kind of reminded me of Jhumpa Lahiri, all stories are got this tinge of nostalgia and family dynamics. Writing is crisp with no extra filler words and still conveys full emotions, which helps us as readers fully immerse ourselves in this world of Muzaffarnagar.
