Ambitious journalist Elizabeth Edmonds wants to break another big story but has been given a series of boring assignments. She turns up at the prestigious Royal Monterey Hospital to cover a nurse’s 20 year anniversary, but before she knows it she is onto the story of her life, one that the whole world would want to know about. Nathan Stenson knows he’s not just another patient in the hospital. Three months of treatment have passed without a proper explanation from the doctors, and with his energy fading and his inability to get out of bed he thinks he might be there forever.
