This book showed up right when I needed it. It‘s been a struggle trying to figure out WTF is wrong with me and now that I know, this book is helping me find my way. Highly recommended, quick read, practical, no BS, no eye-rolls. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
