I‘m actually half way through this already. I stuck the headphones on, picked up the crocheting I‘m doing and almost forgot to come up for air! Loving it.
A thought provoking read for anyone with either an interest in the body positive movement, trying to overcome their own self loathing/self criticism of their bodies and also for those who chose to judge/criticise people for the bodies they are in. Told with humour from the authors own life experiences and interspersed with words of inspiration and wisdom from other well known people who also part of the body positive movement.

Taryn made a movie about women and why they don't like their bodies. She talks to different women within the book and tries to analyse, why diets don't work and why every woman should love herself. It was a "ok" for, sometimes it was too emotional...
