Cosmos_Moon_River @sharread I understand 🥰 I thought 2019 was rough having 2 major knee surgeries, but 2020 has been a doozie. It helps to intentionally find things we‘re happy for and thankful about. 4y

A day late for #Two4Tuesday -

1. The tagged book, my boss lent to me when I was having a rough patch last year. I actually bought several copies of this book after reading it, sent it to a bunch of other people & kept one. It has great daily prompts, meditations & actions around a theme - day 1-Love; day 2-Relationships; Day 3-Laughter & on to 30

Cosmos_Moon_River @AnotherMissBennet it just felt like a mentally healing book. I think I should read it again. It‘s just like between 2-5 pages a day. I felt like others in my life would benefit from the daily read, too. Although I may not adhere 100% to each of the daily mantras, i think it helped me ☺️ (edited) 4y

Good daily read with meditations and actions for a daily theme. Let this sit on my desk a while, because I thought the cover was pretty obnoxious and thought, “30 days... not possible. How does she know?” Well, while I may not be beaming yellow smiley faces everywhere, I did like the daily thoughts for life, and may be a smidge feeling better after reading this each day. May look into Sciortino‘s other books.
