#Two4Tuesday Thanks for the tag @TheSpineView

At first I thought this read “21 years“ and I thought, well yes, of course, then I realized it was 2K,and I thought, well yes, of course 😂
1. I enjoy historical fiction, and setting in ancient times is fine, although I don't read it often -
2. Tagged book is the last book I read set in ancient times and I enjoyed it.

Make a great day everyone 🔱

TheSpineView Circe is a good book. Thanks for playing! 4h

1.Definitely,quite fascinating!
2.One of my favourite books, set during the Chola Empire in the 1st century AD,I cannot recommend it enough. Please read it, everyone! https://www.goodreads.com/review/show/4293918126
Also Agatha Christie's Death comes as the end, spectacular mystery set nearly 4000 years ago!I also like reading about the Roman Empire,so Robert Harris and Colleen Mcullough books are great.
Lovely prompt!

📚 I don't read that much historical fiction, but I've enjoyed the few I have read.
📚 I have enjoyed John Maddox Robert's SPRQ mystery series, set in Ancient Rome.

🌎 You know...I don't know that there are too many books set that far back that I've read! 😱 Clan of the Cave Bear comes to mind, and that was really good!

🌎 I would have to say London, by Edward Rutherford. It's historical fiction that follows the city of London from many many years ago to close to present day! It's fabulous!

Thanks for the tag @Deblovestoread
1. I love historical fiction but I don‘t tend to read much that far back.
2. The tagged is the only one I‘ve read set 2000 or more years ago. I enjoyed it.

Thanks for the tag, @Eggs ! ❤️❤️❤️

1. While I love historical fiction and history in general, over 2K years ago is not my usual era of interest. I‘ve read plenty of histories about the Romans, but not really any historical fiction.

2. I‘ve heard good things about the Flavia Albia mystery series by Lindsey Davis. Not sure if this is ancient enough, but I loved Signe Pike‘s The Lost Queen.

#Two4Tuesday

mabell I didn‘t think I‘d read any fiction set in ancient times, but then I remembered the Christie mystery 😄 5h

Thanks to @TheSpineView for tagging me!

1. I don‘t actually think I‘ve read any historical fiction set that far in the past?
2. Nope! But I‘m going to scroll through the hashtag and take some notes! ❤️

TheSpineView Not many books with a setting BC. That is what got me to thinking this might be an interesting question to ask. I have already added a few books to my TBR list. At least I can blame it on Litsy!!! 🤣🤣🤣 4h
