3/5⭐ Does the whole goth atmosphere/aesthetic really well, so it's great if you want to get completely lost in a book that has that vibe. It needed a proofread and an editor for length and things like people overusing each other's names in dialogue. #roll100

I personally...did not like this book. It was dark for me in areas I wish it had not been and the plot was good but I feel like at times it lagged. Aside from this, there were several typos grammatically and instances where the wrong character was named (need to find the exact page where this happened but it was confusing lol)

Almost bailed but wanted to see what happened. On a positive note, there were several surprise twists in the plot!

The entire dialogue between the characters on this page spoke to me because it resonates with what I feel we as humans feel and go through. Life is a cycle, faith is also a cycle. Also, sometimes people capitalize on this and use it maliciously to manipulate others for personal gain. #theuglytruth

I almost stopped reading this book because it had a slow start for me. So glad I didn‘t...things are finally starting to come together. Don‘t you love when that happens?
