User manual for the body. Some of what Rath covers is, or should be, fairly obvious. But cumulatively, this book offers a set of solid not advice and reminders about taking care of ourselves. A quick evening‘s read that‘s helpful to everyone except, perhaps, the already super fit and healthy.
