This is one of the Sandman Universe spin-offs, Lucifer is trapped, blind, and crippled. With no memory of how he got trapped, he doesn‘t even know who to seek his revenge upon.

Parts of this story were very interesting, such as the hag/mother/maiden. However, there were so many flashbacks and such small snippets that it was difficult to fall deeply into the story.
