Stupidity is the world's bane. Emphasizes (among others): greed, doubt, red tape, the law, myth, and wish-dreams. Also includes cupidity and naivete in matters of medical and religious quackery and such subjects as the mass hysteria about the world's end.

Pickpick

I really learned quite a bit of odd facts in this throw back 1993 book. How the author summed it all up at the end was a bit odd and I'm not sure that I agree with him. Overall though if you enjoy bringing up weird topics at parties this book is definitely full of them.
