Glad to see Britain depart from the EU!

OriginalCyn620 Good choice! 4y
Catherine_Willoughby As an Irish citizen of the Republic let's see. I buy a lot from uk sites, amazon & Ebay uk for pre loved books. 4y
Catherine_Willoughby At least I can apply for a british passport so my children can work in the uk without applying for Visa. My grandfather was born in leeds. My brother got a british passport as easier to visit Australia . 4y

EadieB @Catherine_Willoughby Sounds like the best of both worlds! 4y
Andrew65 I‘ve had enough of Brexit talk over the past 3 1/2 so think I will give this book a miss! 🙄 4y
EadieB @Andrew65 I'm sure you understand Brexit and don't really need to read it! lol 4y
Andrew65 @EadieB Definitely, as shoved down our throats for last 3 1/2 years. 4y
EadieB @Andrew65 On a different subject - I've been going through my books and came across an Irish author whose books are getting good ratings. Thought you might want to check him out. 4y
Andrew65 @EadieB Looks very interesting and might give us a break from #nordicbore! 4y
EadieB @Andrew65 Yes for sure! I'm thinking that we just do not understand that culture! 4y
Andrew65 @EadieB Certainly feeling very different to all the crime fiction we read. 4y
EadieB @Andrew65 Do you think we should give up on them? 4y
Andrew65 @EadieB Don‘t think I‘m far off that point as not particularly motivated to pick them up, not even started the second books. For me depends how they go but if not enjoy them enough I will stop reading them as better books out there. 4y
EadieB @Andrew65 As long as I can get the audio but if not, I really cannot survive the boring book! 4y
Andrew65 @EadieB Unsurprisingly we are of the same mindset on this. I‘m getting no pleasure from them, unlike with last year‘s Jane Casey, Mo Hayder and Adrian McKinty Books. 4y
EadieB @Andrew65 I think others are feeling the same way. We need to have some discussion about this and a backup plan. 4y
Andrew65 @EadieB Agreed, better authors / books out there. 4y
