Meanwhile in London, Shelby's companion, Bianca Merton, must fight against the ravaging plague that is stalking the city. I really enjoyed this next installment from S W Perry in the historical fiction that give a different insight (not royalty) to the 1500's. 4/5 stars.

Mehso-so

Found this hard to get into, I think maybe it was because the story kept referring back to things that had gone on in the characters pasts and I am aware there are others in the series so maybe that was why this was done.
The story sounded really good but for me I don‘t think there was that much overall plot especially for the length of the novel.
There seemed to be lots of little nuances and side stories I found and I struggle with that.
