This book immediately followed after "Angels Turn Their Backs" as another book I read, and enjoyed, around the same time. Another "to re-read"
pickI first read this book when I was eleven years old. I don't often reread books and I was surprised by how clearly I remembered this story even after twenty plus years. It's such a lovely cross-generational, slightly magical story and remains one of my all time favourite books.
