pickI was totally immersed in this book. The characters have been beautifully portrayed and sprang to life with their own trials and tribulations. The Tudor court was brought to life along with all the intrigue and passions of the time. Alison Weir is one of they best historical fiction authors. #historicalfiction #tudors #alisonweir

Short article in the BBC History magazine about the 5th book in this Tudor series. The pub date has been pushed back a few times in recent weeks but seeing as I‘ve yet to start book 1 in the series there‘s no rush! 🤣
