I felt this book was too short. It seemed that all of a sudden everything was resolved and I felt some parts were left unanswered. The plot seemed quite promising, a girl is kidnapped and her dad is forced to choose between his wife or daughter. I would maybe read another book by this author.

Lazy day today so starting this. Looks quite a short book so interested to see how it all fits in!

Some points reminded me of The Couple Next Doors and The Kind Worth Killing

This book had an interesting premise. A man's daughter is kidnapped and he is told to kill his wife to get his daughter back. I expected a lot more based on that premise. It was really short at 210 pages. It was an easy read without being anything special. I saw it advertised on Facebook a lot and finally decided to try it.
