#sundayfunday The one that popped into my head was the friendship of John Wheelright and Owen Meany in this special book. Owen was small with an unusual voice , made fun of more often than making friends .

I love the friendship between Shardlake and Guy, as well as, that between Shardlake and Barak. You see the evolution of these friendships during the course of the series.

I love the friendship that develops between the four children in this series.

But almost equally, I love how these books demonstrate all sorts of friendships. Friendships between generations, healthy friend relationships between men and women, friendships that change over time.

I‘m gonna go with Geraldine Harris, who brought me the first real “high” fantasies that I picked and read all on my own as a kidlet. I re-read the first book (tagged) until it fell apart. She opened my mind and my world to amazing and wonderful and scary things and was the gateway to so many more astounding books and authors. There was something so unique and beautiful about her writing. 🥰

I'm really grateful for the author Lynn Painter. I've been really getting into her books recently, and she writes beautifully. She has become one of my top 3 favorite authors.
