I just didn't get to this in December so book 2 for 2023 was this adrenaline ride.

Love Court/Gray Man and this one was a solid entry into the series. Definitely start at the beginning as these build on each other. Recommended for fans of Jason Bourne, Jack Ryan, and similar characters.

He's tasked with trying to stop a political assassination that would be pinned on himself AND staying ahead of his new enemy, the CIA, Mossad, and a private company out to kill him. Another day in the life of Gentry.

Welp, the prologue was promising; thought I was in for a fast, entertaining read in Jack Reacher mode. I wanted to bail but forced myself onward but this is a screenplay action blueprint with cardboard cutouts for characters. And "first time in print"?
