I've been brewing kombucha for a while now, but I wanted something that would help me go further with it. This is the book.

I don't actually buy books purely for myself very often, but this one is a recent exception. Although I can find basic information and plenty of recipes online, I appreciate this informative all around resource about kombucha. Additionally, it's full of helpful photos and beautiful illustrations which I'm enjoying perusing with a glass of lemon berry kombucha this evening. #cookbook
