A Historical Fiction Novel set in the Kentucky Mountains during the Great Depression. While reading this book, I could tell that Sawyer had done a great deal of research. The book is beautifully written. The characters are well researched and likeable.

Thanks to Netgalley for the Kindle version of this book for my honest opinion and thoughts.
