This book has revived this series for me. The previous couple were bad, but I love Teresa Gabelman so I kept reading and this was great. There‘s the crazy danger, goofy humor and sweet romance I enjoy from her novels.

This is finally Leda and Taz! I was excited to learn where Leda came from and what she had been running from when we met her so many books ago.

I enjoyed this book, but it was my least favorite in the series. Leda makes dumb choices throughout in the name of protecting others. But girl - you have wolf shifters and vampire warriors at your back - why the h-e-double hockey sticks are you trying to do this alone? Ugh. And she does it like 3 times.

Lauren_reading Sadly I didn‘t see any chemistry between her and Taz either. I guess I was just really disappointed with this book. š¢

The only thing that saved this book for me was Steve, as usual. He cracks me up. 5y
