so-soI found this middling. I picked it up thinking that it had an arts focus, and that was wrong. The romantic pair seemed nice together and I especially loved the hero's parents, but the denouncement of the villains was mostly nonexistent and the heroine was thoughtless to her own safety well past the point of stupidity.

pickThis was a Kindle deal I‘ve had sitting in my library for awhile that I decided to pick up on a whim. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it! A good historical romance using the marriage of convenience trope that doesn‘t skimp on the development of the romance. While the romantic tension was well developed, be aware that there‘s no explicit sex scenes, though sex is more than alluded to, it‘s just not described in detail.
I recently got this book for a .99 cent deal on Amazon, and I loved it! It was an easy, enjoyable read. I will definitely be looking for more of this author in the future. And what a beautiful cover 😮❤️ #pemberlittens #regencyreads
