The Bookworm Box is proud to present ONE MORE STEP, an exciting and unique reading experience.
Each of the twenty-six authors featured in this anthology were given the same first sentence. Where they took that first sentence was completely up to them.
Every story is different.
No story is related.
The only thing these stories have in common is their starting point.
All of the authors showcased in this anthology were featured in The Bookworm Box charity during 2019.
Each author has graciously donated their story so that 100% of profits from this anthology will be going to the various charities The Bookworm Box is able to support because of you, the readers.

I picked this up because I love anything and all Colleen Hoover, and while this did not disappoint.
One More Step is filled with many short stories from 26 different authors and each one has a different writing style.
There was only one that I decided to skip through, only because I couldn‘t get into it.
Many of the stories I was hoping had a full book fo go with it.
There was quite a few editing mistakes, but I got past those pretty easily.

carlthecattt @Mavey yes! It wasn‘t one of my favorites of hers, but it was still very good. The only one of hers I haven‘t read yet is Without Merit, but I am hoping to get that one soon. 3y

carlthecattt @Mavey I loved the ending! It had my head spinning for a couple days. But I for sure love a good mystery/romance. I‘ve tried branching into other genres but always go back to those two. It Ends With Us is probably my favorite by her, but honestly they are all so great it‘s hard to pick just one. (edited) 3y

I think you need to be in the right frame of mind to read a book of #shortstories. If you can get there, then this is a four star read! There's a nice mix of romance and even a nice feel-good story thrown in where someone was in the right place at the right time to change a person's life for the better. Most are steamy romance though. I love the authors #BBEaston and #ColleenHoover, so I HAD to read this for them.
