I have struggled with sleep since I was a teen so this book intrigued me. Laid out in eight sections Wyatt covers a lot here. Some info was new to me and I did implement some of the strategies into my life and they helped with falling asleep and the sleep I got, but I have a toddler who regularly wakes at night so staying asleep for 7-8 hrs is not always option for me but I can improve the sleep I get before she wakes me. #bookreview #canlit

4/5

I sometimes struggle to sleep, so I was curious about this book. I wouldn't say there was much in the book about sleep that was new to me, but a lot of the suggestions were given in a more approachable way than I had heard before. I feel encouraged to make some changes.

One thing that really stands out with this book is how pretty it is. There are soothing, abstract illustrations throughout the book that I really enjoyed.
