The storyline on this was promising but I don't think that was done enough justice. It was readable but annoying, the characters were difficult to empathise with and the dialogue cloying at times. There was also too much overdetailing and focus of the Greys Anatomy obsession, which I found really irritating. It needed more presence from Mr Bones as he was the most interesting character in the book.

Settled with a read with my favourite show (and favorite character 💖)

A skinnier book than me last one.... Starting off an easy read. It's OK so far hoping it gets a little better 👌

This started off well and maintained a great pace for the first half of the book, but then it seemed to veer into outlandish territory. I believe that anyone would be beside themselves over a missing child, but lurching from one suspect to the next with no evidence, breaking into homes, and generally behaving like a thug did the character no favours. The second half was a disappointment, so I rated it 3 stars for the first half. 3⭐

Little Bones by N.V. Peacock is an interesting true crime thriller. I was intrigued since the beginning of the book.

I recommend Little Bones to True Crime Thriller fans as long as having likeable characters is not important to you.

Thank you NetGalley and Avon Books UK for Little Bones.
