This novel is all about adventure. It goes through the adventures cousins Marisol & Jake have together. These two enter another world after exploring the areas around them on their family vacation
pickTwo great authors, a fantastic premise, & a couple of likable characters make for a good story. Unfortunately, I didn‘t love it as much as I hoped. It‘s not bad, it‘s just missing a little something. That being said, I think it‘s likely to be a hit with young readers—family, friendship, danger, mystery & adventure abound. Even though I didn‘t love it, it‘s a solid start to a new series & I‘d say it‘s worth checking out the sequel.
