Despite some of the flaws this was a juicy, immersive read that kept my interest and curious about what was going to happen next. The author is careful to point out subject matter that readers may find uncomfortable and listed help organizations in the back of the book. The language is pretty frank and spicy and might not be for everyone. I could definitely see this as a movie! 3.5 stars rounded up to 4
