One Day All This Will Be Yours
One Day All This Will Be Yours | Adrian Tchaikovsky
2 posts | 5 read | 4 to read
Nobody remembers how the Causality War started; thats sort of the point. We were time warriors, and we broke time. But I was the one who ended it: ended the fighting, tidied up the damage as much as I could. Then I came here, to the end of it all, and gave myself a mission: to never let it happen again.

This was astounding. I‘m not really sure how to describe how much Tchaikovsky was able to fit into such a short story. The amount of different emotions I felt from reading this and the pure fascination with the causality wars has made this a true favorite of mine. That doesn‘t even cover the snarky and hilarious moments associated with historical characters.

Brilliant in so many mind-blowing ways. This novella starts a bit grim (it's the end of times after all) but at the end I was laughing. The shenanigans the relatable characters got into were so extremely funny.
I won't get into more details here because the less you know the better; just read this, it's one of the best novellas I read so far.
Thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for giving me an ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review.
