Tonight I made shakshuka for Israel #FoodandLit 🇮🇱 Eggs poached in a flavorful tomato mixture and topped with feta cheese. I sliced a baguette to dip in it and wow... Delicious! Both hubby and I enjoyed it and I want to try it again when tomatoes are in season. 🍅
