#KindnessandPositivityWeek #Day3 #RandomActofKibdness
Late this afternoon I was running an errand with my son & ran into an elderly man in the parking lot. He said to me something like,”oh no, I left my mask home. You don‘t happen to have an extra one, do you?” In fact I did because I always have extras with me. He was so grateful when I gave him one. Something unexpected that demanded so little of me, but felt good.
Nice to read this, especially while the Covid 19 pandemic is still affecting our lives. Gratitude is something we can all use to get through these days. I liked reading about the author‘s year-long project and I hope to incorporate some of her ideas into my own life.

1) morning walk with neighbor
2)Irish Creme pound cake made by husband-yum!
3) Em cat
Used to do this ritual at night with my son before bed❤️ So I asked him last night for 3 & he laughed & gave me his 3. 😀

Joining in the nostalgia and celebration! Cannot tell you how grateful I am for this bookish app &‘all Littens. I joined it on a whim, blindly, with no forethought or expectations. Truly this community has made a profound difference in my life. ❤️📚😘
So much good information in this one! I listened to the audiobook, which was read by the author. She did a great job narrating, but this is one of those, "I need to highlight this part so I can find it again," sort of books. I may end up getting a written edition for myself that I can mark up. I will definitely be applying what I learned in this book to my life as I gear up for 2017!
Still reading Gratitude Diaries bit by bit...#somethingforsept #librarylove @RealLifeReading Eldridge Public Library, Chatham, MA. Beautiful shape, red stone, grounds. All stately, warm, wood inside. Where I love to go ! My sister wrote both my parents eulogies in its warm, comfortable, quiet.
