Books I finished in June 2022 📚
Field Guide To The Haunted Forest was my favorite of the bunch.
Enchanted Night was weird and at times very clearly written by a white man in the 90s (🙄), but it was intriguing and will probably stick with me for a while.
Poems to Night and Honor Girl were good but unremarkable for me.
It Goes Like This, Elatsoe, and D'Vaugn and Kris Plan a Wedding were a bit disappointing.
pickI enjoyed reading Anderson's collection of poems. He compares humanity to nature using vivid description. Many of his poems spoke to me and made me think. However, there were a couple of poems I just couldn't get into and only skimmed. Overall, I highly recommend this book of poetry.
