so-soNow I'll admit that I'm not the target audience for this book, I have absolutely no interest in using TikTok, but for me it was a chore to read. It could have been really good as it takes on some pretty heavy subjects such as online bullying, instead the plot became bogged down in petty rivalries, jealousies, & the most vapid exchanges you've ever read. so-soIt has a very interesting plot that centers on the life of TikTokers/ social media influencers. However, when one of the famous influencers dies anyone in the Lit Lair could be suspected. I like how the characters were introduced in the story. I realized that the world of the influence could be very dark. But it took me so long to finish it. After all, in the middle of it, I kind of predicted the story. So, it kinda lost my interest halfway.
