Bludso's BBQ Cookbook: A Family Affair in Smoke and Soul | 
pickWasn‘t expecting the humor but parts of it were funny. Some of the recipes were pretty simple and some took more time and effort. Enjoyed his personal stories and enjoyed this one overall. My husband and I have taken turns making recipes from this one, and he did the buttermilk pie as well. Great results on everything. Great addition to our cookbook collection.
