Is it predictable? At times. However, The Bachelor meets Fae brutality at I t‘s finest. I love the cast of characters. I wish I knew more back stories for the side characters but I am sure they‘ll come later. For a kindle unlimited book this was a solid read!

The start of the story was a bit cliché but then it got better and better. Very entertaining writing style. Enjoyed Ava's sarcasm. Unfortunately I anticipated all important events due the not so subtle foreshadowing. I also missed the romance between Torin and Ava beside their physical attraction to each other. As I got invested in the story, I am waiting patiently waiting for the sequel.
