Make Do and Mend | 
pickThis book was mentioned in a different book I read a few months ago. It would be much too long, but I think a more accurate title would be “Things your great grandmother probably knew, your grandma might have known, your mom might have heard in a story one time, and you probably wouldn‘t have ever considered” (with proper title capitalization). It‘s an interesting read, and it makes me sad that so many clothes today aren‘t worth the effort.
