Told in multiple POVs 5 uni best friends, their spouses, and children gather for a glamping weekend that turns disastrous. I liked most of the characters- with a VERY glaring exception- and I liked the reveals along the way. Above all, perhaps this should make us consider whether old friendships are still serving us.

4 family‘s come together for a glamping weekend and almost right away things go sideways..

The star of this fun read was the rural coastal setting during a wicked storm. There are a lot of characters, but by midway through I was no longer referring to the handy character guide provided. The plot revolved around a group of old friends, the setting, a lot of booze and a missing 6 year old, so emotions were on full display and provided much of the entertainment. There were also some clever twists and a satisfying ending. 4/5 stars!
