I love Mezrich, and he paints a damning portrait of Musk and his Twitter takeover. He writes about a man driven to the edge after many unpopular moves. He admits this is a work of creative nonfiction, but he spoke with many tweeps at the center of the controversy. I remember following this closely because one of my college friends works there still. If you‘re into business/tech this is a must read!

KathyWheeler I haven‘t been following it closely, but it does seem to me that the whole Twitter debacle has been caused by one bad decision after another. I‘ll have to check out this book. 6mo
BarbaraBB This sounds interesting! 6mo
Megabooks @BarbaraBB it was. I think Musk is quite the portrait of white male fragility. He can dish it out but he can‘t take it. 😒 6mo
Megabooks @KathyWheeler yes! See ⬆️ comment. It truly became a mess. I‘m interested to see if Twitter/X can make a comeback or if Threads replaces it. Or some other app. 6mo
