Meh

so-so

It's hard to review this one. I enjoyed the book, but it never got higher than just being okay. I liked the story, it's something that is usually right up my alley, so I don't know why I didn't love it. This is a prequel, but I chose to read it first. I'm hopeful for the series even though this one was just okay.
