This book repeats ideas and sayings from TNH‘s other books, but we obviously need to hear these things again and again. Being human is traumatic; TNH shows you how to hope and heal one mindful moment at a time. 🪷
About to start this one soon! Has anyone read it?
I didn‘t find this one to be quite as accessible as Thich Nhat Hanh‘s other books, and I don‘t know if it‘s because it contains more about Buddhism or because it‘s all about something that I have a lot of trouble with—suffering and forgiveness. This is a message I‘ll have to hear more than once!
