Stuck on a very loud bus with people I don‘t know well, so I‘m sneaking some pages from this ebook (thanks Libby!) Why is it that looking at our phones in company is considered fine, but pulling out a book feels impolite? Luckily ebooks are here to save the day!
pickA fast, interesting, bizarre read. I always love Valente‘s writing, even when I‘m not sure I “get” the whole story, as in this case. There are some very interesting ideas here about the singularity and how it might come about and what it might actually mean.
