This was an interesting book that looks at the way your mind communicates with your body, specifically your gut. The author looks at the link between your diet and various psychological issues (anxiety, depression, etc) and the reverse -stress and its affect on your gut/intestinal system.
Definitely some intersting information, especially if you haven't studied nutrition/anatomy/human biology.

It was a busy 50 hour week at work with little time for reading. Hopefully, this book will be a breeze to read!
