I just finished teaching this to my juniors. I‘m not sure if they loved it as much as I do. This is the bulletin board in my classroom. The fine print says “Salem witches were hanged, not burned.”
so-soEven though I loved being placed in a fancy Australian hotel back in 1926 with all the rich people that could stay for months at a time, it took me forever to finish. It was my last book challenge book of 2019. I just was not compelled to pick it up. Even though I loved the setting, the characters were not likable. I loved Wildfire Hill by this author. I will read more of her books. This one was not my favorite. 3⭐️ #2020book7
